Best in Show (€85 / $99 per event) — 1 event, unlimited photos + videos, everything in Good Dog, photos stored for 3 months. Pack Leader (€199 / $230 per month) — unlimited events & uploads, team members, white-label, 1 year storage.

Good Dog and Best in Show are one-off payments — they do not auto-renew. Pack Leader is a recurring monthly subscription that you can cancel any time.

Yes! You can upgrade your event at any time from the event dashboard to unlock more photo capacity and features.

The Puppy plan is always free — no credit card required. It's a fully functional free tier, not a time-limited trial.

Photo prompts are fun, creative instructions that guide guests on what to capture — like 'Snap a photo with the birthday star!' or 'Best food shot at the party!'. They keep guests engaged and make sure you end up with a wide variety of memorable shots.

Absolutely! Choose from preset challenge packs (Party, Wedding, Birthday, Corporate, Friend Gathering and more) or write completely custom prompts. Good Dog and above include an AI prompt generator that creates tailored suggestions for your event.

The Live Photo Wall displays guest uploads in real-time on any screen — TV, projector, or laptop. Just open the photo wall link on your display device. Available from Good Dog plan and above.

Memory Album is a beautiful shareable gallery link you can send to guests after the event so they can relive and download their favourite moments. Available on Good Dog plan and above.

Good Dog and above remove Photo Poodle branding from guest-facing pages and let you upload your own logo, choose custom colours, and use custom QR code templates. Pack Leader includes full white-label (all branding removed).

Yes, if you enable the guest gallery — it's optional and fully in your control. You can also enable moderation so photos only appear after you approve them.

From your event dashboard, click 'Download All Photos' to get a ZIP file with every image and video. You can also export directly to Google Drive on Pack Leader plan.

Storage depends on your plan: 1 week (Puppy / free), 1 month (Good Dog), 3 months (Best in Show), 1 year (Pack Leader). Always download your photos before the storage period ends.

Yes — video uploads are supported on Good Dog and above. You can set a max video duration per event (default 30 seconds).

You and your guests own all the photos. Photo Poodle never claims ownership or uses your images for marketing without explicit permission.

Any smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a modern web browser (iPhone, Android, Windows, Mac). No app download required.

Guests need an internet connection to upload photos, but the interface itself is very lightweight and works well even on slow mobile connections.

No time limit on how long your event runs — it can be a few hours or several days. The event stays active for 1 month from creation on all plans.

Absolutely. Photo Poodle works great for team-building days, conferences, trade shows, and company parties. The Pack Leader plan is designed for professional event planners and agencies.
